Trans* Day of Remembrance (TDOR)

Trans* Day of Remembrance (TDOR) was first established November 28th, 1998 after the still unsolved murder of Rita Hester, and has been observed internationally every year since. Join OPEN as we remember and honor the victims of transphobic violence with a candlelight vigil, which will include a reading of the names of all trans* people murdered in the past year. We will be preparing for this event on Tuesday 11/17, as well as discussing how we can be better allies to the trans* community. To learn more about TDOR, go to tdor.info.
